Abstract de la proposition LRtech INSCI/Perpignan

We refer to the possibility of parallel sessions at the conference, devoted to self-organized workshops, which will take place on the last day of the conference and will be open to all, for example in order to:

• promote a project,
• disseminate the results and / or collect impressions and comments.

Our project concerns the diktyological (network science) facilitation of the open emergence of "sapience". By sapience we mean the "common" of the scientificaly validated knowledge ("savoir" in French) shared by, between, on and for the multitude of "each of us" and of natural and artificial elements, for example supported by the European "Plan S" (although our civil research, worked in French, is not funded from public funds, but on the contrary participates financially in public research - citizens do not have research tax credit).
